The shooting of ‘Thala 56’ has been progressing rapidly and the team headed by director Siva has completed two scheduled of shooting. The team was supposed to fly to Dubai to shoot a fight sequence and a few scenes in an airport, but the location seems to have changed in the last minute.
The Dubai government apparently refused to give clearance for the shooting as it is the holy Ramzan month and allowing a film shooting in Dubai may hinder the people visiting the mosques to conduct prayers.
The film’s Producer A.M.Ratnam has made an alternative arrangement and zeroed in on Italy for the shoot and hence the planned schedule was not cancelled.
Siva and cameraman Vetri visited Italy and finalized the locations for the shoot and now the team along with ‘Thala’ Ajith has left to Italy to take part in the shooting from July 5 to July 20.
The yet to be titled film has Shruthi Haasan pairing up with Ajith for the first time while Lakshmi Menon and Soori are included in the supporting cast.
