When the actors are teaming up with ace filmmaker Bala, they’ll have to make sure that it’s going to be a toilsome phase of rigorous and relentless practice and lot of hard work to exert the best performances.
Filmmaker-actor Sasikumar and actress Varalaxmi are the latest ones to join this bandwagon as they play lead roles in Bala’s upcoming film ‘Thaarai Thappattai’.
The film will be a commercial drama set in backdrops of Tanjore centering on the traditional art form of dance – Karagaattam. To ensure that everything is perfect, Sasikumar and Varu are vigorously practicing the dance for a particular song.
Although the latter is a fantastic dancer, she is not used to this traditional dance and is now acquiring more practice into it.
